It's a game
SasqTrail is a game made for fun. The sasquatch on the radar and on the watch's map are fictional characters created by the app. They are not real animals, and their positions say nothing about real places, people or wildlife. Nothing in the app or on this site is scientific evidence, and nothing here claims that sasquatch exist.
Posts, photos and comments come from players. They are their authors' own stories and opinions, often made up for fun, and we do not confirm that any of them is true. Historical reports shown on the site are retold from public sources as folklore, not as fact.
Stay safe
- You are responsible for your own safety outdoors. Check the weather, tell someone where you are going, and bring what you need.
- Never follow the radar onto private land, roads, cliffs, water or anywhere unsafe or closed to the public. Obey local laws, park rules and signs.
- Keep your distance from wild animals and never feed, chase or disturb them.
- Don't use the app while driving, cycling in traffic, or whenever it would take your attention from what is around you.
- Don't use SasqTrail for navigation or in an emergency. Its positions are not accurate enough for that.
Using the website
- Follow the photo rules. We may refuse, hide or remove any post, photo or comment, and close any account that breaks them.
- Your web key is your login. Keep it private; you are responsible for what is posted with it.
- You keep the copyright of what you post, and you allow SasqTrail to show it on sasqtrail.com (see the privacy page).
No warranty
SasqTrail, the watch app and this website are provided "as is", without any warranty. The service may change, pause or stop at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, the makers of SasqTrail are not liable for any injury, loss or damage that comes from using the app or the website, or from acting on anything shown in them.
